The Galaxy Note 20 is the next big thing coming from Samsung, currently details on the galaxy note, 20 are thin, but the rumors have been heard so far points to some significant improvements. The first big rumor reveals that there will be new features in S-pen. It can be expected that the main focus on this year's note is going to be S-pen because Samsung went all-in Galaxy S20 ultra, a significant upgrade in-camera display and also in the design, So Samsung doesn't have anything new to offer in these areas for this year, in note  20  it is expected that the S Pen will see huge improvements and will be the main selling point of the Galaxy Note 20, just like the Galaxy Note 9 did a couple of years ago.
Now, what exactly are going to be the new improvements is yet to be seen, but it sure Samsung is giving note users new reason to stick with the Note series, rather than migrating. Also, according to previously available information, the Galaxy Note 20 will have a more fine-tuned 120-hertz display. Now it is not confirmed what that fine-tuning means, but it's worth pointing out that the Galaxy S 20 can't use 120 hertz at full resolution, Samsung though is working on providing the 120 hertz at the maximum Quad HD plus resolution with a future update to the Galaxy S 20 devices so that you could enjoy both maximum smoothness and fidelity. Now that left Samsung with little to no room for improvement on the note 20 in the display department, so it will be interesting to see what new features are they gonna offer with the new note 20, maybe a variable refresh rate like pixel 4 to take full advantage of the higher refresh rate. In any case, I'll make sure to keep you posted so you can consider subscribing to the newsletter for that.
Also, this is quite surprising,  rumor reports that the base storage variant on the galaxy note 20 is going to start at 128 gigabytes. It's a downgrade compared to the 256 gigabytes base storage of the Galaxy Note 10, and note 10plus, it seems odd that Samsung is downgrading the storage of its most popular devices year later, maybe it's the cost-cutting measure, It is not sure, but there's one more explanation here which makes a lot of sense. Samsung removes the microSD card slot from the Galaxy Note 10 last year, a move that saw a lot of criticism, all the Galaxy S 20 devices though have the expandable microSD card slot and they do come with 128 gigabytes as base storage, including the Galaxy S 20 Ultra. So if they are indeed going 128-gigabyte as the base for note 20 that could only mean the microSD card slot is here to stay on the galaxy note 20, which is great news. Samsung is pushing the memory-hungry feature on its latest devices which is 8k on video. So microSD card slot is a must pay these new features, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 20, a little earlier than usual in July.
